quick run before a 14 hr shift really struggled getting up this morning eyes watering as i write!

5.61 miles tonight at running club felt great amazing considering id been sick earlier in the day not sure why??

ran down to scholes and back to ince

another quickie as my running club plans thwarted by being called into work for a night shift darn it!!!

3.31 miles today then a cycle to the station to depart with my racing bike which i sold on ebay then a walk home so lil bit of exercise to be had today although missed body pump
