Jan 29th 2 days left n counting

How cold is it out there today! Although again I struggled to get myself up n out before work this morning I know that if I dont when I get in around 10pm tonight I won’t do it so it gotta be done. Moan as I may I am so pleased that I have taken part in Janathon because it has made me do some running each day. Yeah I may be looking forward to 1st Feb to take a day off but Im really proud of myself that I have stuck to it and kept on although I know the mileage aint great. I may do a longish one tomorrow
