well the long run went for a burton! felt really drained have done all day just managed to take me little laddos for quick run 1.1mile only tonight trying to ignore the heartburn / vomit that was threatening to emerge hopefully will manage quickie tomorrow before work would hate to fail so late in the day with one run left to run have booked in for 10k on the 12th need structure and a half on 27th
