last day of Janathon

well this is it! another run before work this morning and Janathon completed 1.1 miles need to start definitely increase mileage throughout Feb with not running everyday so will be able to recover more in between think I might even miss not having to go out and run and hopefully will be more inclined but defo having day off tomorrow!
